Instructions for emailing files

Please do not send files larger than 5MB through email. Files of this size should be sent via FTP or using the file upload form lower on this page. Save your files in a format that ensures you the best possible quality. EPS, JPEG (High Quality), Photoshop, or TIFF. Send a message to lab@quality-cameras.com and attach all necessary files to it. In your message, include instructions containing: name, address, phone number, email address, quantity and size of prints, preferred method of payment, date required delivered by, and any additional information you feel is necessary. Please do not send your credit card number with your order. You can contact us ahead of time and send us a cheque via the mail for the required amount, or we will contact you when we develop your email and make arrangements with you at that time.
