Instructions for sending files via FTP

Please send files larger than 5MB using FTP. Save your files in a format that ensures you the best possible quality. EPS, JPEG(Low Compression), Photoshop, or TIFF. If you are a regular customer or are sending us confidential files, contact us about setting up a personal login account. Using your FTP client connect to ftp.quality-cameras.com, user name and password are both "qcccustomer". Once connected upload all files together in one folder with your name. Include a text file containing: name, address, phone number, email address, quantity and size of prints, preferred method of payment, date required delivered by, any additional information you feel is necessary and a list of all files uploaded. Please do not send your credit card number with your order. You can contact us ahead of time and send us a cheque via the mail for the required amount or we will contact you when we develop your order and make arrangements with you at that time. Once your upload is complete, please email or call us to let us know that your order has been sent. We will then check to see that all files have been received.
